OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 23, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4B of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective February 23, 2021, to: (
a) create the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives; and (
b) direct that the Office shall be presided over by the Honourable Tony Ince, a member of Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives and who has the supervision, direction and control of all affairs and matters relating to the Office and who shall supervise the performance of the functions of the Office.
