I, Doug Donaldson, Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, order that the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 Sections 3, 40, 51, 74 and 76 of

Schedule 1 of the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, are amended by striking out “ Effective during ” and substituting “ During ” .

Section 70 of

Schedule 1 is amended by striking out “ Effective May 1 to November 15 ” and substituting “ During the period May 1 to November 15 inclusive ”.

Section 37 (

d) of

Schedule 2 is amended

(

a) in subparagraph (

i) by striking out “ Mt. Mahon ” and substituting “ Mount Mahon ”, and

(

b) in subparagraph (iii) by striking out “ M. Mahon ” and substituting “ Mount Mahon ”.

Section 42 of

Schedule 2 is amended by striking out “ Effective during ” and substituting “ During ” and by striking out “ 5-04 ” and substituting “ 5-03, 5-04, 5-12 ”.

Schedule 2 is amended by adding the following sections:

White River and Bull River

43 During the period September 1 to June 30 inclusive, in those portions of M.U.s 4-22, 4-23 and 4-24 outlined in red on the attached Map No. 2-43/17, except the roads shownZ highlighted in green on that map.

Linklater Creek

44 During the period September 1 to June 30 inclusive, in that portion of M.U. 4-3 outlined in red on the attached Map No. 2-44/17, except the roads shown highlighted in green on that map.

Lamb Creek

45 During the period September 1 to June 30 inclusive, in that portion of M.U. 4-5 outlined in red on the attached Map No. 2-45/17, except the roads shown highlighted in green on that map.

Soowa Mountain

46 During the period September 1 to June 30 inclusive, in that portion of M.U. 4-2 outlined in red on the attached Map No. 2-46/17, except the roads shown highlighted in green on that map.

Island Pond

Section 5 of
