B.C. Reg. 381/2002, deposited December 19, 2002, pursuant to the VITAL STATISTICS AMENDMENT ACT, 2002 [section 61], the HEALTH PLANNING STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2002 [section 29 (1)] and the DEREGULATION STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2002 [section 44 (3)]. Order in Council 1167/2002, approved and ordered December 18, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following are brought into force by this regulation:

(

a) the Vital Statistics Amendment Act, 2002 ;

(

b) sections 25 to 28 of the Deregulation Statutes Amendment Act,

2002 , S.B.C. 2002, c. 12;

(

c) sections 18 to 20 and 22 of the Health Planning Statutes Amendment Act,

2002 , S.B.C. 2002, c. 15. — S. HAWKINS, Minister of Health Planning; C. CLARK, Presiding Member of the Executive Council .
