OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minster of Transportation and Public Works dated March 24, 2000, pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 94-942 dated November 22, 1994, regarding the expropriation of land in Cumberland County, by striking out "0.385" and substituting "0.427".
