Order in Council 1530/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Dan Weagant of Stratford be reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective December 12, 2021.
