OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission dated December 8, 2004, pursuant to

Article 6 of the Trust Agreement dated December 23, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as authorized by Order in Council 85-1054 dated September 26, 1985, as amended by Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated November 10, 2004, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignations of Daniel J. Graham and Robert Jack as Trustees of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund and revoke their appointments; (

b) appoint William G.R. Lahey, Deputy Minister, Department of Environment and Labour, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a term of office of three years, effective January 1, 2005, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended; (

c) appoint Calvin Crocker, Vice President Administration for the Capital Health, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a term of office of three years, effective January 1, 2005, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended; and (

d) appoint Jane Fraser, CEO of the Municipal Finance Corporation, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a term of office of three years, effective January 1, 2005, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended.
