Order in Council 385/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty The King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Effective the date of this Order in Council, Order in Council O.C. 705/2023 dated May 31, 2023, is hereby amended by replacing the words “Deputy Minister of Colleges and Universities” with the words “Deputy Minister of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security”.
