Order in Council 813/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1708/2021, made December 9, 2021, Lawrence Haber was reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission;

And

whereas Lawrence Haber has resigned;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1708/2021 is revoked effective March 10, 2022.
