OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 11, 2002, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the transfer of administration and control, by the Minister of Natural Resources, of a parcel of Crown land at Wagmatcook, Victoria County, containing an area of 2.15 hectares and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, for the consideration of $21,500, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
