OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 1, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 22 of

Chapter 214 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Human Rights Act, and clause 18(1)(

a) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-255 dated May 31, 2001, by striking out (a) "Carl S. Gannon of Halifax Regional Municipality" in line 6 of paragraph (a); and (b) "Carl S. Gannon" in line 1 of paragraph (

b) and line 2 of paragraph (c).
