EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Bill would authorize the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council to increase the amount of money raised under the

Loan Act, 2015 from a maximum amount

of "$2,000,000,000" to a maximum amount of "$2,400,000,000".

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Section 3 of the Loan Act, 2015 is amended by deleting the amount

"$2,000,000,000" and substituting the amount

"$2,400,000,000".
