Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Grand Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 508000 5657000 42 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 23 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 07 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 357 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 28 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 103 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 71 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 180 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 212 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 199 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 296 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres to the point of commencement.
