b) of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960 , Jeff Bangs of Pickering be reappointed as a member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University of Sudbury for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of December 16, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
