On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
the portion of highway in the Township of Bradshaw, in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as
Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3205-8, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Misc. 863, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to
section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
chapter P.50, as amended.
