Order in Council 1608/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sarah Jacobs of Windsor be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Sarah Jacobs was reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of four years, effective July 23, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 821/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 821/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
