OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women dated May 17, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act, is pleased, effective March 1, 2002, (

a) to revoke Order in Council 1999-383 dated July 19, 1999, appointing Brigitte Neumann as Acting Executive Director of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women, and to appoint Brigitte Neumann as Executive Director of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women; (

b) to direct that the remuneration of the Executive Director of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women be fixed at the rate of the Civil Service Management Compensation Plan 30(104), with increments or increases thereto in accordance with the Province's policy and subject to all applicable enactments; and (

c) to direct that Civil Service benefits be extended to the Executive Director on the same terms and conditions as they are extended to members of the Civil Service.
