OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated September 20, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Valerie Seager of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years, commencing October 2, 2018; (

b) reappoint Paul Radford of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member and designate him as Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years, commencing December 18, 2018; and (

c) determine the remuneration for Valerie Seager to be $200 per one-half day, plus expenses, and for Paul Radford as member and Chair to be $91,533 per year (adjusted annually in accordance with any pay plan adjustments approved for non-bargaining civil servants for the 2015-16 and subsequent fiscal years), plus expenses.
