OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated January 18, 1999, pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty The Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of 0.473 hectare, more or less, of land situate, lying and being at or near Barrington, Shelburne County, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked Schedules "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the said report and recommendation, the said expropriation being for a public purpose, namely, for the purpose of a public highway.
