OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated October 22, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint, under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, Terry Hennigar of White Rock, Kings County as a member of the Acadia University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing December 17, 2019; (

b) reappoint, under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, William Parker of Wolfville, Kings County and Kathryn Swenson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Acadia University Foundation, each for a term of 3 years commencing December 17, 2019; (

c) reappoint, under clause 5(1)(

b) of the Act, Rod Morrison of Wolfville, Kings County and Ian Murray of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as members of the Acadia University Foundation, each for a term of 3 years commencing December 17, 2019.
