An Act to Amend
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act , and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 2 to 4, 6 to 10, 12, 13, 16, clauses (
d) to (
f) of
Section 17 and Sections 19, 22 to 30 and 33 to 37 of
Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2014,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act , do come into force on and not before February 26, 2016.
