OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health dated March 25, 2025, and pursuant to subsection 16(1) of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and
Section 3 of the Prescribed Maximum Amount for Expenditure by the Minister under Subsection 16(1) of the Act Regulations , N.S. Reg. 13/2022, made by Governor in Council by Order in Council 2022-33 dated February 1, 2022, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health to spend an amount exceeding $3,000,000 for the purpose of establishing a psychologist training clinic offering child and adolescent mental health services.
