Order in Council 1424/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nicole Huneault was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 18, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1702/2023;

And

whereas Nicole Huneault tendered her resignation effective September 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1702/2023 be revoked effective September 1, 2024.
