An Act to repeal The Potash Development Act (Assented to May 14, 2008) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Potash Development Repeal Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.P-18 repealed The Potash Development Act is repealed. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
