Order in Council 983/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the position of Special Advisor on the Long-Term Financial Sustainability of Laurentian University by Order in Council 88/2021 and set out the remuneration for the Special Advisor in Order in Council 89/2021;

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council has extended the Special Advisor position for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2021, such that an amendment to the remuneration is now desirable;

Therefore , Order in Council 89/2021 is amended by striking out “shall not exceed $100,000” and substituting “shall not exceed $200,000”.
