Section 1 of the Right to Information and Protec- tion of Privacy Act,

chapter R- 10.6 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is amended by adding the following

definitions in alphabetical order: 7(1) L’article 1 de la

Loi sur le droit à l’information et la protection de la vie privée,

chapitre R-10.6 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2009, est modifié par l’adjonc- tion des définitions qui suivent dans l’ordre alphabéti- que : “integrated service, program or activity” means an au- thorized service, program or activity that provides support or assistance with respect to the mental, physical or social well-being of individuals through (

a) a public body and one or more other public bodies working cooperatively, or (

b) one public body working on behalf of one or more other public bodies. ( service, programme ou activité intégré) “service, program or activity”, in relation to a public body, includes an integrated service, program or activity. (service, programme ou activité) « service, programme ou activité » Relativement à un organisme public, s’entend également d’un service, pro- gramme ou activité intégré. (service, program or activity) « service, programme ou activité intégré » S’entend de celui ou de celle qui est autorisé et dans le cadre duquel ou de laquelle est fourni à un particulier du soutien ou de l’aide à l’égard de son bien-être mental, physique ou social par l’entremise :

a) soit d’un organisme public et de deux ou plusieurs autres organismes publics qui travaillent en coopéra- tion;

b) soit d’un seul organisme public qui travaille pour le compte d’un ou de plusieurs autres organismes pu- blics. (integrated service, program or activity) 7(2) Paragraph 37(1)(

b) of the Act is amended by strik- ing out “existing program or activity” and substituting “service, program or activity”. 7(2) L’alinéa 37(1)
