OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated August 8, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2018, the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Act , is pleased to: a. revoke the appointment of Denise Perrett of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Board, made under Order in Council 2018-318, effective September 26, 2019; and b. appoint Dr. Thomas Marrie of Chester Basin, Lunenburg County, as a member of the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Board for a term commencing September 26, 2019 and ending on December 4, 2021.
