TAX EXEMPTION ACT (Assented to , 1987) WHEREAS Lake Bonavista Homeowners Association Ltd., an association formed under the Companies Act, and being registered owners of the lands hereinafter described has by its petition prayed that it be enacted as hereinafter set forth and it is expedient to grant the prayer of the petition; THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1 The lands legally described as (

a) PLAN LAKE BONAVISTA LK PARCEL O CONTAINING 7.81 HECTARES (19.31 ACRES) MORE OR LESS EXCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION ON PLAN LK CONTAINING 7.75 HECTARES (19.14 ACRES) MORE OR LESS EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MIN ERALS (

b) LOT "E" IN BLOCK TWENTY NINE

(29) ON PLAN LAKE BONAVISTA CALGARY L.K. EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MIN ERALS (

c) FIRST: PLAN LAKE BONAVISTA CALGARY J.K. PARCEL "B" CONTAINING 30.8 HECTARES (76.08 ACRES) MORE OR LESS EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MIN ERALS SECONDLY: LAKE BONAVISTA CALGARY J.K. BLOCK TWENTY NINE

(1) AND "A" EXCEPTING OUT OF THE SECONDLY DESCRIBED PORTION ALL MINES AND MINERALS THIRDLY: PLAN LAKE BONAVISTS, CALGARY L.K. BLOCK TWENTY NINE

(29) LOTS "B", "C", & "D" EXCEPTING OUT OF THE THIRDLY DESCRIBED ALL MINES AND MINERALS shall be exempt from all municipal taxes and school taxes of every nature whatsoever, for so long as they remain the property of Lake Bonavista Homeowners Association Ltd., and are used exclusively for the recreational and social enjoyment of the members of the Association.
