OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated February 4, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 30A of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the recovery of costs by the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 26, 2016.
