Order in Council 420/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christopher Uwagboe was appointed as member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(8) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998 , Christopher Uwagboe be paid a per diem of $375.00 during the term of his appointment.

And further, Christopher Uwagboe be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.
