Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of Parcel 4, McLellans Brook, Pictou County, being more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and shown on the plan marked
Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning Highway 104, McLellans Brook, Pictou County, Nova Scotia.
