OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act and the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated December 13, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Nova Scotia and the Government of Quebec respecting breweries in the Provinces of Nova Scotia and Quebec attached as

Schedule "A" (the "Agreement") to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation and authorize the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act and the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Nova Scotia, in substantially the form attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
