SHORT-TERM RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS
AMENDMENT ACT, 2025
HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
Short-Term Rental Accommodations Regulation
CLAUSE 1: [Short-Term Rental Accommodations Regulation,
section 11] amends the start date of the prescribed period of time for the purposes of
section 15 (2) of the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act .
Section 11 (1) (b) (
i) of the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Regulation, B.C. Reg. 268/2023, is amended by striking out " November 1 " and substituting " May 1 ".
Commencement
2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
Explanatory Note
CLAUSE 1: [Short-Term Rental Accommodations Regulation,
section 11] amends the start date of the prescribed period of time for the purposes of
section 15 (2) of the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act .
