Order in Council 1563/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered 2127/2017, dated the 1 st day of November, 2017, Siegfried (Sig) Walter was appointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of two years effective from November 1 st , 2017;

And

whereas Siegfried (Sig) Walter has agreed to be reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. P.15, as amended, Siegfried (Sig) Walter is hereby reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of three years, effective from November 1 st , 2019.
