OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 25, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an amending agreement with Medavie Inc. to operate and administer the Medical Services Insurance (MSI) Plan, Pharmacare and Health Card Registration Services of the MSI Plan in respect of certain health services on behalf of the Department of Health and Wellness, in the form of the amending agreement as set out in
Schedule “B”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 25, 2012.
