In this Act

(a)

"department" means the department presided over by the minister; and

(b)

"minister" means the minister appointed under the Executive Council Act

to administer this Act.

Flag adopted

(1)The flag described and illustrated in the

Schedule is adopted as the flag of the province.

(2) The provincial flag is more particularly described and illustrated by the dimensions and specifications set out in an order of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, which order bearing the drawings, colours and other particulars of the flag shall be deposited in the department.
