OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 8, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 168 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ferries Act, is pleased to repeal Order in Council 2000-349 dated June 29, 2000, and is further pleased to order that ferriage charges on the respective ferries be those set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2002.
