Order in Council 1663/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Julia Goyal of Waterloo, appointed by O.C. 1261/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective August 11, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Medicine Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1261/2021 be revoked.
