OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated May 8, 2009, and pursuant to Order in Council 2005-373, and to clause 59(A)(a), and subsections 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve Waterfront Development Corporation Limited including in agreements for the development of lands on the Halifax Waterfront with Centennial Group Limited, the indemnities and commitments in the form substantially as set out and described in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated May 8, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to approve such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
