OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 7, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to, effective November 2, 2010: (
a) approve the making of an additional grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Capital District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed two million and twenty-five thousand dollars ($2,025,000) to cover the costs for the approved equipment replacement required by the Capital District Health Authority; (
b) approve the making of an additional grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the IWK Health Centre in the total amount not to exceed four million, five hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars ($4,575,000) to cover the costs for the approved equipment replacement required by the IWK Health Centre; and (
c) order that the grants referred to in (
a) and (
b) are paid to the Capital District Health Authority and the IWK Health Centre on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
