An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended L’article de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1.021) and substitut- ing the following:

a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (1.021) et son remplacement par ce qui suit : 57(1.021) For the period commencing on January 1, 2012, and ending on December 31, 2014, the references to “2%” in subsection (1) shall be read as references to “4.5%”. 57(1.021) Pour la période commençant le er janvier et prenant fin le décembre 2014, les renvois à « 2 % » au paragraphe (1) sont remplacés par des renvois à « 4,5 % ». (

b) by adding after subsection (1.021) the follow- ing:
