OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated December 9, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of
Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint E.A. Nelson Blackburn of Bedford, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Labour Standards Tribunal and designate him as Chair of the Tribunal for a term of three (3) years commencing January 19, 2009; and (
b) fix the remuneration for E.A. Nelson Blackburn at $6,000 per year plus $300 per day for each day he necessarily attends as the Chair of the Labour Standards Tribunal to the business of the Tribunal, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
