OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 5, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 238 and 239 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (a)reappoint Joyce Dassonville of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a part-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for a term of office commencing March 1, 2002 and ending August 31, 2002, subject to dismissal for just cause; and (b)fix the remuneration of Joyce Dassonville at the rate of $291.00 for each day she attends to the business of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal at the request of the Chief Appeal Commissioner.
