Order in Council 952/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dexter John of Whitby, reappointed by O.C. 1658/2023 as a part-time director of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective February 28, 2025;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1658/2023 be revoked.
