OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 17, 2015, and pursuant to

Article 6 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated the 1 st day of May, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as amended on November 10, 2004, March 6, 2012 and June 12, 2012, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Kathryn MacNeil, made by Order in Council 2014-10 dated January 14, 2014; and (

b) appoint Carmelle d’Entremont, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund for a three (3) year term effective June 23, 2015, on the terms and conditions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust as amended.
