Order in Council 410/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2 (2), 5 (1) and 8 (1) of the Executive Council Act , and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council, the responsibility for the administration of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 , in respect of sections 21 to 27 and clause 31 (1) (b), is hereby assigned and transferred from the President of the Treasury Board to the Minister of Labour;

Further , Order in Council O.C. 218/2015 dated February 18, 2015 and published in the Ontario Gazette on March 7, 2015, as amended, and Order in Council O.C. 1695/2003 dated November 19, 2003 and published in the Ontario Gazette on January 10, 2004, as amended, are hereby further amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
