OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 7, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 131 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dispensing Opticians Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Dispensing Opticians, each for a term of two years commencing October 1, 2003, and ending September 30, 2005: Marlene Bayers of Upper Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality; John Butler of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Annette Knight of Cole Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Robert MacLeod of New Waterford, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
