OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated October 29, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 68 of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Paul Voynovich of R.R. #1 East Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, to the list of persons designated as Chair of an appeal panel, for a term commencing December 2, 2001 and ending December 1, 2004; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Paul Voynovich at $400.00 for each day of attendance to the business of appeal panels, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out his duties for an appeal panel.
