Section 1 of the Financial and Consumer Ser ‐ vices Commission Act,

chapter 30 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2013, is amended 1(1) L’article 1 de la

a) by repealing the definition “hearing”;

PARTIE 2.1 APPELS Appeal or review of decision of a regulator Appel ou révision de la décision d’un chargé de la réglementation 48.1(1) A regulator shall be recognized by the Tribu ‐ nal as an expert with respect to any decision made by the regulator under financial and consumer services legisla ‐ tion. 48.1(1) Tout chargé de la réglementation est reconnu expert par le Tribunal en ce qui concerne toute décision qu’il rend sous le régime de la législation en matière de services financiers et de services aux consommateurs. 48.1(2) When a decision made by a regulator is subject to a review by the Tribunal or an appeal to the Tribunal, the Tribunal may do the following: 48.1(2) Lorsqu’une décision d’un chargé de la régle ‐ mentation fait l’objet d’une révision par le Tribunal ou est portée en appel auprès de celui-ci, ce dernier peut faire ce qui suit : (

52.1(2) If an order of the Tribunal is filed under sub ‐ section (1), any amounts required to be disgorged to the Commission or the administrative penalty required to be paid to the Commission under the order may be col ‐ lected as a judgment of The Court of King’s Bench for the recovery of a debt. 52.1(2) Si une ordonnance est déposée en vertu du pa ‐ ragraphe (1), les sommes à remettre à la Commission ou l’amende administrative à lui payer en application de l’ordonnance peuvent être recouvrées à

Financial and Consumer Services Tribunal abolished and appointments revoked Abolition du Tribunal des services financiers et des services aux consommateurs et révocation de nomination 84.1(1) The Financial and Consumer Services Tri ‐ bunal established under

section 29 as it existed imme ‐ diately before the commencement of this section, as well as any hearing panel constituted under

section 39 as it existed immediately before the commencement of this section, is abolished. 84.1(1) Sont abolis le Tribunal des services finan ‐ ciers et des services aux consommateurs constitué à l’article 29 tel que celui-ci existait immédiatement avant l’entrée en vigueur du présent
