OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 7, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and

Section 6 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Tracey Taweel as Deputy Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage made by Order in Council 2016-142 dated June 2, 2016, and prescribe that her duties include responsibility as Deputy Minister for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act .
