Order in Council 500/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council numbered O.C. 1023/2021 dated July 15, 2021 appointed Reneé Gould of Dryden as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Kenora under the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 (Act) and Ontario Regulation 79/10 (Regulation) , therefore, pursuant to

section 125 of the Act, and

section 291 and

Schedule 2 of the Regulation the appointment be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
